We start with roaming Tapas and then lead into something more substantial – Our Tapas to Bigger option gives you the sophistication of tapas-style grazing with the satisfying “fullness” of a main meal.
The Fiesta Table: The Fiesta Table is a sprawling, curated feast laid out buffet style so your guests can wander over to the abundant table and fill their plates with joy. It’s a literal mountain of colour, think hand-pressed tortillas, charred corn, vibrant salsas, and slow-cooked meats that guests can dive into together. Communal, lush, and undeniably “foodie”. The Share Plate Fiesta: Want something a bit more grounded? The Share Plate Fiesta is an abundant, shared dining experience that looks like a masterpiece and tastes even better. Designed for sated guests, we lay gorgeous platters of zesty flavours directly onto the dining tables to be passed around between your guests, making strangers become family!
